Anyone know of any good building materials supply companies, or other supply sources that offer similar quality to retailers like Home Depot, Lowe's, etc. at lower prices?

(correct me if I'm wrong with any of these numbers)There are several challenges with this deal & property as well as a few unknown variables which I will address. 

The hot water and electricity supplying the machines will be paid by me.

Cast iron and copper are still mandatory for plumbing drain/waste/vent on buildings taller than 40'  Getting back to old galvie supply piping....the water pressure is usually rendered adequate when just the horizontal piping in the basement is replaced.

First, if you have positive cash flow, all you are paying for the property is the down payment...your tenant is supplying the money for the mortgage.

On top of the hourly wage you've got the cost of their tools, supplies, truck, insurance, workers' comp etc...So with all of that in mind you're better off just replacing this fridge.

In fact if you have a property in the right location, right market (supply/demand ratio), then you can let Airbnb do 90% of the work of marketing for you.   

Looking for good company to supply pre foreclosures in Central Ohio area.

As you can tell their are lots of options and variables.

@Asa Valentine It would be much cheaper, due to cost of building supplies now, to just buy an existing duplex.
