Hey guys, Through my research, I see that Appfolio, Propertyware, and Buildium are the 3 biggest landlord property management softwares.

I have submitted several offers on properties and been told of multiples then 2 days later the house is back on market, or it sells for less than my offer.  

You may be ready for management software.  

I'm a full time investor now but I had careers as a respiratory therapist from 1972 to 1988 and as a software engineer from 1988 to 2014.Noteworthy accomplishments (in order of importance):Married my wife Brenda in 1981, Completed 2006 Iditarod sled dog race, first ascent Gilhooley Tower in Olympic Mountains in 1972, quit smoking in 1985.
