I strongly urge your buyer not to close until the tenant has vacatedI would suggest going and speaking directly with the tenant to see where things stand from their perspective. maybe a few days is all that is needed

There are several websites that will aggregate public records for a small fee and also free credit report websites (beenverified, creditkarma, etc).This also means that my properties will typically not sit vacant for more than a week or two because I will only ask them to fill out a short application at no cost.
