These areas that are slightly distal to already red hot areas are likely to see good appreciation and increasing rents.

Major red flag to look out for.

BTW, the foreclosure bank granted me a portfolio loan so I won't have two OO loans approved within a short period on file which will raise red flags if anyone checks.

I fear we are being too optimistic and ignoring some big red flags.

I got on the phone with the agent and he says the property is 6 units and less so it is a residential property(BIG RED FLAG!).
