I purchased the 3 day seminar and am allowed one guestits at the Hotel Roosevelt on 45th st NYC and runs from 6/17- 199 to 6 for 3 days. 

Not everyone can take you out to lunch or go to your seminars. 

I don't personally know anyone from the Baltimore area, except one major wholesaler who's seminar I had the pleasure of attending recently.

@Matthew Roberts Just this past week I was in SoCal offering free seminars to investors looking to invest out of state.

Fortunately, that feature ("Screen calls") can be easily turned off.
