More than likely, I would train a part-time helper to do all the piddly tasks for me and I'd stick with nothing more than signing leases and do the "Broker only" stuff that my state requires a license for to PM someone elses' property.So, yes, the OP will probably not want that, already having to deal with two tech companies.
