I am a new RE investor starting out in Southeast Michigan.

We want to sell it and upgrade to a single family home also to be used as a vacation rental, but I'm not sure if this is the right time.I've seen articles and posts recently that the RE market has rebounded to 2008 levels and I'm wondering if someone can comment on the status of the RE market in southern NJ specifically because I don't see the rebound. 

If your RE recommends one, I'm sure its someone they've used in the past. 

However, what questions are you/ have you been asking re the lagoon system of the park you're looking into? 

Educate with Podcasts, Books, Webinars, absorb as much information as you can and focus on a specific niche.

It's not what an experienced RE Investor does.Instead of rushing to sell (when you don't necessarily need to,) I think you should be conducting some market research. 

@Connor Swanson You need to decide on what RE strategy you want to implement (buy&hold, fix&flip, etc...)

Already scheduled to take my RE sales license exam, but the goal is to eventually and gradually invest in RE.

I was told after posting this that in CO, it's a standard requirement on a standard form used by any licensed RE agent to disclose the intent of the purchase to the seller.
