Hi everyone,

I'm from So Cal and have been working for a construction company as a project manager. After being involved in my share of remodels and being around agents/investors etc. I finally realized I really want to get into real estate! Already scheduled to take my RE sales license exam, but the goal is to eventually and gradually invest in RE. I've been browsing the forums for an hour a day and everyone here seems to be extremely helpful and successful! Hope to learn and meet some great people here.
