Was wondering if anyone has installed security cameras on their property before.

@Trevor Kolb That would probably be best, but I'm not sure how much my girlfriend now, probably wife then would feel about not having a living space that was private.

Hi all,Doing a flip now, was wondering if any of you (who do flips or a major overhaul) try to sell privately first before listing on MLS with realtor?

Is there a strategy they're using for securing homes that I could be utilizing?

I am also under the impression that banks want some sort of collateral to secure the investment loan, which I have none of since I don't own.I'm 23 and don't own a house, currently renting. 

I'll be watching the security cameras until the properties lose power.

I'd wave the screening fee. if they meet everything except income criteria,, then ask for additional security deposit.. paid over 30 to 60 days.. 

If your goal is security (inasmuch as any investment can be secure) and reliable cashflow, I'd just go TK.

We made it about 1 hour ahead of the moratorium on one storm or a private lender who forclosed on a property.  

She will pay Octobers rent upfront as part of the first months rent and security deposit required to move in.
