Still chase people down on their $50 portion but id rather chase them on $50 v $800 for full rent.

I also tell people the following:-If we have another crash like 2008, we have far bigger problems than you finding a deal.

Start by learning a lot, meeting people, looking over deals, and choosing a keen spot.
