Does living nearby hold more value than having a great PM?

These neighborhoods are typically somewhere that is relatively safe and quiet still, maybe nearby to some nicer B class neighborhoods.

I looked up Jupiter, FL and there appears to be several nearby that might be worth a visit.

Its not their property they shouldn't even have the opportunity to share there feelings about tenants living nearby.

Once I do, I will begin searching that market and nearby markets for deals.

Also in another thread about the Lawton area, there were a few people who basically said they had been invested there, but pulled out because property managers or management companies were pretty much non-existent, I’m nearby the area, and willing to move to Lawton anyway if it would be beneficial to me.
