Finally, I was a president of my 5 unit townhouse/condo in roger park, and it was very interesting in how we had to raise our HOA fees in order to meet capital expenditures...it seemed like when our toilets crashed or went away to toilet heaven, all of the others did too.  

But what if they DO all meet the requirements?

Greetings,I am a new member and new to Texas looking to meet others in the Fort Worth area to connect with and learn from.

Go to local meetings, contractors go to them (at least some I know do) or get friendly with investors and then ask them who they use.

However, upon meeting the love of life, she awakened the beast within me & I’ve ‘slowly’ accelerated my learning in the past few months.

I have recently graduated with a master of architecture degree and I am excited to learn and meet people in the real estate industry.

It was great to meet you yesterday at the REIA meeting.House hacking is definitely the way to go if you want to get your feet wet in real estate.
