If you are a Broker, be careful not to disclose more information than you legally have to...because people's eyes light up, usually, when they hear someone is a broker and not "just an agent" (which just transformed you from a average shark to a shark on steroids, it seems in the eyes of some sellers).

Many people that know me personally will tell you I truly care for people that want to do better for themselves, in an ethical and moral way.This post is necessary for everyone to read, but also a warning for those of us in the game a while as this unfortunately happened to me recently here in Chicago, Illinois.I love seeing when people first start and have this "deer in the head lights" look.
