This week’s ADP jobs report shows a steady labor market, a little different than last week.

For most technology, getting to an 80-90% efficiency happens extremely fast, but that last 10-20% takes a very long time.

I can’t change the deed since it’s a private lender and we just closed last week.

I just checked my BiggerPockets profile to update the number of properties we own (just closed on #27 last Friday) and see that all my information has been blown away, there is nothing there! 

Lastly, prior landlord references is key, you want to chat with the last two or three landlords, not just the last one since they are incentivized to get rid of bad tenants.
