Pictures can give a completely false impression, and if it's not the property condition, it could be the neighborhood condition.I'm a turnkey girl myself, just because it's a million times easier to buy out-of-state.

I opened one after I bought the home.I was under the impression any real estate education, office and related fees may be used with this account and I would get tax benefits.Basically I was going to pay my MLS and office dues etc under the LLC not personal account.
