Less headache of having to deal with having them give opinion, signing titles, etc.I of course offset that with the fact that the credit line will most likely be tied to you personally, whereas the specific deal may not as they have an asset tied to.Without knowing all the details, that's about the best opinion I can offer.Either way, doesn't sound like it's a bad problem to have.

In the end, slum lords don't win.As to an administrator of a trust, the administrator is a regulated corporate entity, never an individual as it must be perpetual in the administration of a trust, you may have a co-administrator, but that is really more in a title than having the ultimate authority to carry out the terms of a trust for the beneficiary.

If you don't have access find a realtor that does to get this list (then you can look through the tax records yourself).You can also go to REIAS, post on Craigslist, put up bandit signs, reach out to HMLs, reach out to title companies or other investors for names and do a number of other things to get cash buyers.
