It’s honestly a waste of my time and resources if I’m bringing along market experts such as contractors, agents and photographers and getting detailed information for the buyer, if they’re just going to walk it themselves out of fear.That’s the reason I quoted the book, that paragraph resonated with me and THOSE are the type of buyers that I need to work with; they know exactly what they want, they’re serious and let numbers and “proof” guide their judgement, not emotion.

I don't mind painting, I'm 48 and in good shape, and have been painting for quite a while so whatever right...They go on and on.... demanding me to send a cleaner over there ASAP.Started demanding that I repair things... honestly, there was one kitchen cabinet door that needed a hinge, maybe another but honestly, this is one of my better and bigger places so I knew it was BS.

@Jeff Copeland Hi Jeff, Thank you for your reply I forgot to mention what my plan was but I was honestly looking at using the money to find more deals and more flips and possibly start a business of my own or find something to do that brings me closer to my family.
