How could I best reach out to others virtually to gain more knowledge and experience from? 

In other words, your friends will either need to switch up their lifestyles and make time to learn and be active investors in order to scale with speed, or they will need a lot more time or money to scale to 10k passively.Here is how they could do it in 5 years using the 25k in savings situation:Step 1 - begin learning though listening and reading about real estate investing from people who were able to scale starting out with little money.Step 2 - start networking by going to meetups, in person or virtually.

There are virtually no areas of town that I would be okay renting out a unit in a multifamily unit to my family.

I've investigated joining AZREIA since at least at the moment those meetings are virtual - can anyone confirm if these virtual sessions are as fruitful as the original in-person ones?
