The reason is the rent-to-price ratio is good so you can cash flow, and most of the West side doesn’t have a Point of sale inspection which is really annoying.

I would just prefer if in partnering with somebody to have them getting the interest, at 1% for 30yrs on the total amount of the $260,000,000...which not all the deals would go through and come down to the prices I want so that number would drop a fair amount...but at the $260mil interest alone is in the ballpark of $43mil.
