Ron -I guess you're not the home inspector who closed an air register, then stated that the register wasn't blowing at all.Or maybe the home inspector who claimed that there was a double-tap in my panel, when in fact there was no such double tap... he later 'fessed up that he must have 'made a mistake'Or maybe you're not the home inspector who said that the house didn't have an HVAC filter... and also didn't go in the crawl space.
