jack concrete or replace

I'm looking at a property that looks pretty good, but needs a little updating. The biggest issue it has is the concrete driveway is very uneven. The slabs are all in pretty good shape, but are tilted in various directions. It will need to either have the concrete replaced or to have the slabs jacked to level them. The area that needs to be corrected is probably 10ft x 20ft.

Has anyone had concrete jacked? What are the approx costs of such a job? I've googled several terms and am finding a lot of companies that do the jacking, but nothing that is giving me an idea of what it will cost.

Thanks for any guidance you can give!!
