As stated, the folks who are having the most success with these here are door knocking.There are some States where you can get a 30 / 60 / 90 day mortgage late list, and THAT gives you time to do a campaign.

I just finished meeting up with real estate investors in a workshop where they say they can teach me everything with a down payment of 20,000 . not happening. however, they brought up a way to kill debt faster and wanted to know no communities input. has anyone paid off debt faster and cheaper by moving an amortized loan into a simple interest credit card?

Long story short something happened with that communication and the company never dissolved the LLC now he is fighting them over $2,000 in late fees and other charges that he just got slapped with for not properly renewing or dissolving it.
