Hey Roong, I think if you're looking to get ahead of the gentrification curve, you might be a little late to the party!

As stated, the folks who are having the most success with these here are door knocking.There are some States where you can get a 30 / 60 / 90 day mortgage late list, and THAT gives you time to do a campaign.

It makes my time more efficient and creates a bit of competition as some of the tenants show up a little early or want to stay a little bit late and they see each other.  

I just finished meeting up with real estate investors in a workshop where they say they can teach me everything with a down payment of 20,000 . not happening. however, they brought up a way to kill debt faster and wanted to know no communities input. has anyone paid off debt faster and cheaper by moving an amortized loan into a simple interest credit card?

I jumped back into the community in late February of this year and signed up as a Pro member in March to take advantage of all the tools available.

Long story short something happened with that communication and the company never dissolved the LLC now he is fighting them over $2,000 in late fees and other charges that he just got slapped with for not properly renewing or dissolving it. 

If most of your clients currently only afford a $100k property, you may have a problem late 2018+.
