Turns out buried on page 19 was something saying for 5 years I could only rent the units to people who made 40% or less of the median income, or something to that effect.

A benefit would be the ability for either party simply to engage in the transaction, if they could not otherwise do so without access to the funds of the other party.  

That's the only logical thing I can think of but not sure how effective it is...?

RENT CONTROL: Btw, the rent control is not in effect in Richmond, although it will probably get passed on the ballot in November I am predicting..

Low cost and effective, takes a tiny bit more work but if all I have to do is go on the two sites and update the prices it's worth it.

THU NGUYEN my personal opinion is, first you have more control how to invest and being engaged at war zone level and second with buy and hold strategy you will build equity and build wealth overtime (long term if you hold your property).

However It is not going to be very effective for tracking leads.
