They want the borrower to have “enough skin in the game”, so they will not walk away, but the loan to (potential) value is so low, that a default actually creates an opportunity for higher returns then if the borrower performs as expected.A “Private Lender” on the other hand, in my world, is dramatically different.

It's unreasonable for them to be complaining about issues and then when you set up a time to have them corrected they act dramatic like they can't be bothered.
