I’d tell them your not replacing it if it’s not broke and If they want a new fridge then they can go to home  depot and buy that big fancy digital display stainless steel double door one themselves ! 

When I found out about that, we were almost half way through the project, so a change of plan we convert that ADDITIONAL ROOM into a bedroom with new bathroom built into the same sqft.

Maybe I could convert the office building to a 2 bedroom??
