Looking to shadow a wholesaler for a few weeks.

Will a bank disclose their shadow inventory to me and is their anything I should know before I talk to them about it?

Your same question has been asked here a lot and I'm pretty sure that no one has actually found an investor to shadow.

I place all of this this in the same category as those waiting for the banks to somehow release their entire shadow inventory after the election.

The place is really in perfectly adequate condition, but our plan is to go in and take it to the next level... replacing carpets with wood plank tiles, installing glass tile backsplash , staining kitchen cabinets dark and adding satin nickel pulls, adding stainless appliances, a dishwasher, disposal, built in microwave, resurfacing countertops...

You can also see that the dark spots on the tiles are moisture (it's been raining hard here.)

Show some initiative, ask how you can help them in exchange for being able to shadow and ask questions.

I am impressed & amazed you kept your sanity & yet you quickly developed that unique sense of dark humor which all of us in REI need & eventually gravitate to.

I prefer the teak as it is beautiful ad rich but also the seams are hidden because of the dark color.
