One of properties has access to a pool, tennis court etc. which we advertise when the property is listed BUT we never guarantee full access to it etc., it's simply a perk for living in the property.

Me personally I am not tech savvy at all hell i cant even post a picture on here becasue i dont know how to get it from my phone to the computer and then post it here.But I can tell you I am fairly versed at real estate far more than most investors .. because i work in it daily and under stand the back end IE the court house how title actually works.. etc etc..

Verifying this could be driving by, asking the neighbors, etc.My understanding *I'm not an attorney though* is that you can still issue notices and terminate rental agreements, but should the tenant decide not to leave you won't be able to do any sort of escalation until the courts open back up.
