The sota program will lie and send anyone to live in your home and will not help you after the tennet moves in weather he's a dangerous person or not I have my two grandchildren living in my home the lease is over because I had to live the lease out 12/1/19 to 11/30/20 a week ago and he refused to move or pay his utilities so now he's staying in my rental with no lights no fridge no stove and is destroying my apartment and know one will help me at all I need my apartment to rent so I can pay my mortgage D.h.s. will do nothing so what about the residential landlords who live at the property doses someone have to die before something is done.

It bothered me at first when there was nothing in the units, but no guests have complained and it does not bother me anymore, but I would be more aware of annoyances in the future.

Although some may be offering their deals with little meat on the bone, sometimes they may pay off by saving you some leg work and, in most cases, a somewhat clear title.

I am not sure how those work and wanted to see what the potential options are.The owner had offered the property for sale with a quitclaim deed (red flag for me) at a hugely discounted price, but obviously the IRS lien falls on me in this scenario. 

That aside, I cook more than have clothes, though I would agree most people are the other way around hence the closet could win. 

This works for me at this point in life especially with having enough revenue to cover my monthly expenses.
