She moved a pair of shoes that had sit in her closet for a month and it had what appeared to be a blue hue to it like bread mold or something.I want to get this handled as quickly as possible but I've seen so many horror stories about "mold experts" that employ pseudoscience to diagnose mold issues and I don't want to get raked over the coals here.Again, any advice is extremely helpful.

Seems like investors learn from folklore and foggy crystal balls by self appointed experts on the internet, we all know an expert is someone more than 50 miles from home talking to strangers or anyone on the internet. :) My point was, if you really understand the basics then it only takes a bit of imagination in applying the basics to creative solutions to build any transaction that is lawful and profitable.

I'm no expert, but it looks like it really depends on the year it was built and how many units are in the building.Mine, for example, is half a duplex built in 1980, so I need to have at least one electric powered Smoke Alarm, permanently wired, in the sleeping area, which was already done at the time of construction (located in the hallway just outside the bedrooms).
