The key in either Crexi or Loopnet is to build your criteria into your saved searches and get the results daily.I wanted retail strip centers with a CAP of greater than 6% and with at least regional anchors with multiple units.  

Ideally I'd want to be within 30-40 min of the city center, but honestly if the deal is right I'm willing to expand out further.

Still making sure I was getting a deal on the purchase price ;) The home is located near the local college and shopping centers and will have no issue renting and continuing to bring in cashflow.
