Go to open houses of properties that look like they were flipped in your area, you can especially tell when they are more vacant looking in photos…get to know that agent, get to know the story of the flip…ALSO go to investor open houses, which, often are when wholesalers are trying to sell a deal off market ( my area has a ton every week.).  

Use the photos on line to look at amenities and see how your property compares to there’s.

The bottom line is they already booked the place based on the nightly rate and the condition of the rental based on the photos.

Outside of that have good photos and presentation.

The agent had taken poorly lit photos of the property before it was cleaned up and the bank selling it did not care to make simple improvements which would have had it sold much higher.

You should make your realtor show you the photos from MLS when it last sold if it was put on tbe market to see if any renovations were done.
