Go to open houses of properties that look like they were flipped in your area, you can especially tell when they are more vacant looking in photos…get to know that agent, get to know the story of the flip…ALSO go to investor open houses, which, often are when wholesalers are trying to sell a deal off market ( my area has a ton every week.).
