Marketing your properties in today's market

Michael Rainey
Posted

Hello all.. I am located in the Atlanta market. As houses seem to be sitting on the market alot longer right now.. what strategies are you agents doing to bring more attention to your listings? Have you tried eflyers like zipflyer.com, etc and do you find that they work at all? I have done some reverse prospecting as well. I know the market has shifted and its coming up on the holidays, so things are a bit slow. I just wanted to hear from fellow agents as to anything else I may be able to do to bring more attention to my properties. Thanks all.

Have you thought of going directly to the sellers? Targeted mail is still performing. A lot of our agent + broker clientele is ramping up on marketing, after not needing to do much of it the last 3-4 yrs. @Michael Rainey @Nathan Grabau
