I haven't (might tomorrow cause I need to see these bubbly walls) but I doubt the agent will allow me to schedule a showing since its under contract.There's one a bit smaller a few blocks over, but it has a 1 car attached garage.

its very hot.. but profit margins all in all are thin when taken as a % of the gross project amount.But houses also sell in 1 to 5 days.. if they are in the major metro area.We have a huge play going on now .. of tear down and build McMansions.. not really McMansions but little 1920 bungaloos are taken down and two story period homes are built ( PDX 4 square) being popular.. and on corner lots you can do a common wall and get 5k sq ft in two homes on a 4k foot lot.. and the homes will sell for depending on which blocks 450 to 750 each.

Here is a new bit of information that I just learned, one of my friends that owns a business on the same street just notified me of a retail plaza with seven shops, sold last year on the Auction block for 240K.What kind of an affect will this have on the value of the property I am looking at.

There are some nice B neighborhoods here behind the views, deteriorating as you move east about 10 blocks from the bluff to the Broadway corridor (“99” on the map) to some C’s that I wouldn’t walk through at night.

-The foundation has deteriorated at the front right corner of the house, the parging has come loose along the right side of the house, the foundation walls are bowed in on both sides of the house, and the mortar has deteriorated between the blocks and bricks of the foundation in several areas.
