which is the beautiful thing with buy and hold.In 5 years, your return on that same 10k investment will actually be about $900 a month and will continue to go up from there.Show me anything else that works that way....

That's the beautiful thing about inheriting a property.If you hang onto it and you sell later, the taxes are based only on the gain in value from the date of death.  

Property is theirs at that moment.  

I do believe redevelopment will eventually get there, maintain the Haitian Culture "Theme" and be a wonderful addition to the other beautiful areas Miami has to offer.

New to BP and to REI in general. Took a local seminar, which I now see was a giant mistake in terms of what I paid for it and almost got sucked into paying more :( Glad to have found this site...

I am a little frustrated at the moment having to wait on them but I can't afford to buy 2 properties right now and if I bid on another and won I would also be required to purchase that one.

Every single moment of my life was spent studying or working.

At the moment, I am moving forward on a private placement, but may have some more bandwidth for that in the upcoming year.

The beauty of all commercial properties is the ability to force appreciation.
