Vlad,As was mentioned before, do your homework to understand how the LOC works and assess your longer term goals.The LOC can be useful (I just opened one myself) to find deals.

Slow your life down and move from active to passive. 

Of course you want them busy working on the property and not busy updating you on activities...but a quick call, email, fax, text, video chat can work.
