Also in this building as a tenant is American Executive Centers, which rents out individual offices (by the room) and a centralized/shared administrative assistant to many new/newer businesses.  

I have strong administration skills, love organizing things, enjoy remodeling homes, love writing reports/proposals, and considering the art of the possible, thinking way outside of the box.

If you are investing in those areas you do need to be prepared for the extra administrative hurdles that come along with these programs.
