Unless you have a compelling reason why someone here in the Bay Area or SoCal hasn't already snatched this "opportunity" up, it's probably a scam of some variety or another.

Those tend to be the most transparent varieties.

But you'll find a variety of every type of investor on the site, and everyone is amazingly helpful.

@Trevor Rutherford I use ClearNow. erentpayments also offers ACH but you have to make sure what service you get as they offer a variety and my preference is the ACH.
