We have a community college with roughly 20,000 students (Blinn College-Bryan campus) and a major university (Texas A&M) with about 55,000+ and growing every year.

One is not allowed to work on a F1 student visa unless it is very limited at the university itself.Look into this and make sure your dad does not sign a document saying he will pay if she gets any kind of support from the US government.I would talk to her and tell her privately that if she does not move out by next week and leave your dad alone that immigration is going to get a call about her breaking the terms of her visitor visa, which will get her deported and black listed for years.

I am open to the universe's abundant opportunities so when I stumbled upon an ad in the Las Vegas Review Journal for a salesperson, I answered the call and entered the mortgage industry. 

Maybe buy a house near UTSA or another university as an owner-occupant and then rent it as student housing (if allowed) once you move on.  

So some current books will be a good place to start.See if you can attend classes at local college or university.

I left college and currently do not go University.
