The back yard was super overgrown as well with 2’ tall grass/weeds and trees hanging over and pulling down sections of fence.On the inside the house needed new flooring throughout, paint throughout, new thermostat, some new outlets and switches, several new doors including front/back.

In order to sell the property the reverse mortgage company would have to dig a new well ($10K) and cut a new driveway, 200 yards from the road and bridge over a creek (an EPA/DEP nightmare to permit).

I'm looking for feedback and opinions:I have just acquired 2 units that are configured as 3-story townhouses 1500 SF each, in a side by side setup with full basements and private fenced yards and private driveways.

Someone contacted him and told him there were 3 old travel trailers and about 10 tents set up about 200 yards in his woods .
