Where did you find your probate list I've had trouble finding one in my area I've called all the offices around town

These are your loans that you can apply for at pretty much any major bank or with any loan officer. 

Then some others say you have to be a junior loan officer first.

If they don't you can usually pay a fee to search or get probate records in person at courts office.
