Without joining Realtor associations and the MLS, it's really not that expensive or hard to get a license.

When I first joined this forum, I typed in the keyword "Memphis" and sent this exact message to everyone I thought looked liked a prospective buyer or potential partner.

You should join the Grand Rapids Real Estate Investors Facebook group.

Glad I found and joined the BP community, only wish I had discovered it when I first had rental properties.

Just left an RE-Mentor 3 day workshop and after having already spent $4,000, I was debating paying an extra $40k-$80k to join the mentorship and coaching program but a friend who was already in real estate advised me to save that money and to rather network and invest my time and resources in local coaches, reading books, starting small and scaling up.
