I was looking at painted shaker style cabinets so that I can repair them easily if they are damaged.

New cabinets, and granite counter tops, full bathroom rehab in 2 bathrooms, new windows, new wood sighting on entire outside of home, new wood deck in back yard, new paint and texture job throughout.

If you had a preferred contractor you could ask them if they’d like to offer financing not only to you but to all their customers, at no risk to them.
