The wholesaler that is just going out and trying to tie stuff up without a pot to piss in isn't as careful with the numbers.  

So as you sit and get frustrated over someone else's grammar, they're sitting on a deck, cooking a steak, slamming down a few buds and looking over tomorrows schedule in the day planner that their wife fills out.

The people would rather sit in their basement smoking pot and playing xbox than do any work.

The lawyer can't see the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow.I am not saying this is good or bad.

A place to go after work to drink beer, a place to cook, a place to do laundry, a place to shower, a place to sleep. 

As I said, it's only one data point -- specifically only 1 of my 6 MF investments and my entire pot is only on year 3 of a 5 year plan.

Just like cooking, timing can be everything in this business (as is location).

Oh and also we replaced 4 windows and put in some pot lights.
