He isn't thrilled with tying up 5 houses but like they say beggars can't be choosers.Do you know how much emphasis they place on condition?

We can close fast and will buy the property in any situation and condition. please call me anytime. 

What is the condition?  

Problem in my opinion is the condition of the properties.

I figure the condition of the home will not allow for a sale close to 81k.

I would anticipate the price will be bid up as the place is in decent condition.

Worst is when they set the price just below market as if the house was in good condition.

Both units appear in excellent condition with my only complaint being the 10ft ceilings.
