He did it in 24 hours and had done a few before so it was quick and painless but helped move the process along and everyone felt comfortable. 

I've always felt more comfortable investing in physical assets than in the stock market, but along the way I've come to enjoy investing in real estate for other reasons, too.

Especially if the local management has a good name around town this will make the bank more comfortable.

@Maverik Eaton get out of your comfort zone and pull the trigger because nothing grows in the comfort zone.

@Matt HarmonHi Matt,A liability umbrella is a great idea, but if you are doing no to little down and don't have a ton of assets to protect, you might feel comfortable with just buying 1-2 million of liability on the policy you get for the property and waiting on the umbrella.

Some investors have an agent for each area, some will ONLY work with one agent regardless of the area because they feel more comfortable with that relationship (like when you see a property for sale and the listing agent works in an office 125 miles away ...). 

I'm getting more and more comfortable running property analysis' using the BiggerPockets Rental Property Calculator.

On the other hand many will pass on the opportunity and for most it's beyond the "comfort zone" so you stand a chance to come in with an aggressive offer

I'd feel more comfortable moving forward being certain I have a company and/or person to work before I attempt to land my first contract.Please let me know.Thank You-Chris

Hi Omar,I don't think anyone is going to be able to give you a summary of the BRRRR strategy well enough to make you feel confident to move forward with your deal, you really need to educate yourself so that you feel comfortable.
