@Matt HarmonHi Matt,A liability umbrella is a great idea, but if you are doing no to little down and don't have a ton of assets to protect, you might feel comfortable with just buying 1-2 million of liability on the policy you get for the property and waiting on the umbrella.

Some investors have an agent for each area, some will ONLY work with one agent regardless of the area because they feel more comfortable with that relationship (like when you see a property for sale and the listing agent works in an office 125 miles away ...).

Hi Omar,I don't think anyone is going to be able to give you a summary of the BRRRR strategy well enough to make you feel confident to move forward with your deal, you really need to educate yourself so that you feel comfortable.
