anyone use Anchor investments out of OHIO  there website does not show any principals or owners.it looks like they may be cloned in a few other states.. websites are basically the same.. 

Any websites you guys use to gather property info? 

Some counties in PA have that data on the tax assessors website.

After looking at the MCS website's it appears that they are acting as a property maintenance manager.

Their website has some good free info too.

This is using website npt app.Go to menu, in drop down you should see your name and profile pic.

You should be able to find the owners of these properties through the county tax assessors website or a google search. 

We sold them with on site  public auction  (at the property address, not on a web site) In my area there are a lot of public auctions that are not foreclosure auctions, just investor to investor. 

We found many, many articles discussing this issue, training websites selling their certificates and people sharing their stories.
