Never used one in 20 years, and I've avoided all the expense of setting them up, costs of maintaining them and the cumbersome and convoluted administrative aspects of operating with them.But I must admit I have missed all the benefits of being able to hobnob with those pretending to be players by showing off my all my LLCs.

its always a good time to buy if the numbers make sense. but i am a buy and hold player. watch the pack and then go the other way. everyone is scared no one wants to buy so buy. i just closed on a 4 unit in march. im exited even if i just break even for the next few years the tenants are still paying down my mortgage. i also look at this as a way to learn, jump in feel the pain and get experience.

There is literally nothing the same between these two incident, different catalyst, different mitigating factors, different starting, different players, different responses, different governmental level of primary response, just all around different.
