There are properties in that price range I see them every day and under so hopefully that s boost in confidence. 

What are your thoughts on using FHA Loans while doing travel work?

I booked it along with flights and air travel.

Now that the moratorium has been lifted, not only do investors feel more confident in further investing, but we may also see that rents will increase gradually as well.

Now I am confident that it would be close to passing inspection.

That is something I am working on as well as someone who has started his own business and feel very confident I can problem solve I find it tough to pass on things like real estate investing and deal finding but often times that laser focus by focusing on your business can make everything else grow tremendously by allowing others to fuel their fire by working for you in what they do best.

Also make sure you have confidence of the valuation that the ADU and JADU will bring via refi appraisal if you are going to be relying on that valuation. 

You are never going to learn everything but the main thing is just feeling confident enough to be able to make an educated investment decision.
