I am looking to diversify and for a new career, transitioning from the pharmaceutical industry.

If multi-family are hard to come by, I am definitely also open to SFH - my two current properties are SFH, so perhaps that would be an easier transition anyway.From my trips there, it seems as though Golden Belt area as well Central Park area are definitely in the path of progress, but definitely want to connect with someone who has more experience on that front.

Either we can transition them to a low down conventional program, or if the property doesn't have much interest other than FHA, we will lease a the buyer until we can contract on day 91...
