Hi @Ben Sears, the right strategy is the one that is the best fit for your skills and goals.

I think there is a trade off between cash flow, ease of management and the stage of investment.

I am apart of a few groups and these condos trade daily via assigning.. 

I want to hold a place for at least 10 years and hopefully have 6-10 places by the time I retire in 9 years then trade them up for an apartment complex which is the goal within the next 10 years.

It seems like a great way to pickup some construction skills, meet some new people and do some good in the community.
